$50-$55/hour ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Counselor for a full-time opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This role provides the opportunity to support students across K-12 grade levels by addressing academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs in a collaborative school environment. Position Overview The School Counselor will provide counseling services and student support while working closely with educators, families, and school teams. The ideal candidate will have experience providing school-based counseling services and helping students develop skills that support academic and personal success. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling services to students Support students' social-emotional development and overall well-being Assist students with academic, behavioral, and personal challenges Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff Participate in student support meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Develop and implement counseling interventions and strategies Maintain accurate documentation and service records Qualifications Valid School Counselor license/credential required Previous school-based counseling experience preferred Experience supporting students across K-12 grade levels Strong understanding of social-emotional learning and student support strategies Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Apply or reach out to me directly at alexandra.rickman@procaretherapy.com today to be considered! #p34
