This is an applicant pool . Applicants will be hired as needed . Positions may be available at all campus locations. Lab assistants will report to the faculty member to which they are assigned. Their primary duty is to assist their supervisor, maintain and inventory the laboratory equipment, monitor the laboratory outside of class time, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Varies, up to 19 per week. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications and must submit a complete application packet through the on-line application system to be considered. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various Career Technology programs. Assist with corporate training. Assist faculty in maintaining laboratory equipment. Assist faculty in setting up, inventorying and storing laboratory equipment. Assist faculty in maintaining lab equipment and tools. Assist faculty during laboratory and/or class meetings. Perform all other appropriate duties as assigned by faculty supervisor. Journeyman or Master Tradesman with appropriate certifications.
