Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Wealth Management Advisor to join our team, with a special encouragement for career changers eager to transition into the financial services industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in wealth management, financial planning, and client relationship management while providing comprehensive financial solutions. As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will guide clients through their financial journeys, offering tailored advice on investment strategies, estate planning, tax considerations, and banking services. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service. Assess clients' financial needs by analyzing their current assets, liabilities, income, and future goals. Develop comprehensive financial plans that incorporate investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and banking services. Educate clients on various financial products and industry regulations to ensure informed decision-making. Stay current on industry trends, securities law, financial regulations, and market developments to provide accurate advice. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated wealth management solutions aligned with client objectives. Manage investment portfolios by monitoring performance and making strategic adjustments as needed. Requirements Demonstrated interest or experience in financial concepts such as estate planning, securities law, tax strategies, or wealth management. Strong understanding of financial analysis, investment management advisory services, and client relationship management. Knowledge of industry regulations including FINRA standards and securities compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex financial topics to clients. Ability to learn and utilize financial software tools for portfolio tracking and analysis. Prior experience practicing in the securities industry or related fields is preferred but not required; career changers are encouraged to apply. Basic math skills combined with a keen attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting. A proactive attitude with a desire for continuous learning about financial markets, banking services, accounting principles, and asset management. What You'll Do You'll work one-on-one with clients to help them: Understand where they are financially today Set goals for the future (retirement, college, home ownership, etc.) Build a plan using insurance, investments, and financial strategies Adjust that plan as their life and goals change You'll also build your own client base and develop long-term relationships — this is not a call-center role and not a pre-assigned book of business. Pay:
$89,735.95 - $130,069.10 per year
