Job Summary Langan is seeking an ESG Specialist to join its collaborative ESG Practice . This individual will serve a key function providing carbon management services and consult with clients in all sectors and geographies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic, national practice, performing high-level consulting for energy, legal, industrial, manufacturing, and financial sector clients. Job Responsibilities + Developing carbon management tools; + Assisting clients in defining and locating their carbon management data; + Calculating and reporting Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions for clients; + Identifying and developing carbon reduction projects; and + Performs other duties as requested. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in a related field, with STEM concentration preferred; + 5+ years of experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance consulting; + Experience with carbon management; + Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; + MS SQL experience a plus; + Excellent written and verbal communication skills; + Ability to effectively interface with clients; + Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and + High initiative, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
