This is a great opportunity for an MA who wants a Monday-Friday schedule, competitive pay, full benefits, and exposure to multiple areas of medicine, including Primary Care, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and other specialties.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Fridays:
Some Fridays may be half days or shorter
Weekends:

Outpatient clinic Why This Role Stands Out No nights or weekends Some half-day or shorter Fridays Work with supportive providers and experienced clinical staff Gain exposure to multiple specialties instead of doing the same thing every day Build your clinical skills in a hands-on outpatient environment Join an established practice with opportunities to learn and grow A Day in the Life As a Medical Assistant, you'll be an important part of keeping the clinic running smoothly and making sure patients have a positive experience from the moment they're brought back for their visit. You'll room patients, obtain vitals, prepare patients for exams, assist providers, support minor procedures, update documentation, and help coordinate follow-up care. Depending on the clinic and provider you're supporting, you'll also have the opportunity to gain experience across Primary Care, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and other specialties. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working closely with providers, and being part of a clinical team where everyone contributes. What You'll Do Room patients and prepare them for appointments Obtain and document vital signs and relevant patient information Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during exams Prepare exam rooms and clinical supplies Assist with minor in-office procedures as appropriate Support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic Update patient information and clinical documentation Provide patient education and follow-up instructions Communicate with patients and members of the clinical team Help maintain a clean, organized, patient-ready clinical environment What We're Looking For Medical Assistant experience or training Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment Strong communication and patient service skills Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed Organized with good attention to detail Interested in continuing to learn and develop clinical skills This Role Is Likely a Fit If You… Want a consistent Monday-Friday schedule Prefer outpatient care over hospital-based work Enjoy working directly with patients and providers Like variety and want exposure to multiple specialties Want to keep developing your Medical Assistant skills Value being part of a collaborative clinical team This Role May Not Be a Fit If You… Prefer night or weekend shifts Are looking for a remote or administrative-only position Don't enjoy direct patient interaction Prefer a role with very little movement or day-to-day clinical activity Why Join Us You'll join an established outpatient practice where Medical Assistants play an important role in both patient care and the day-to-day success of the clinic.
