Our team is committed to making life better by helping every participant reach their fullest potential. What You'll Do As the Program Coordinator for Community Employment Services, you'll oversee a caseload of participants while coordinating employment services, supporting Job Coaches (Supportive Employment Instructors), and ensuring participants receive exceptional, person-centered support.

Your responsibilities include:

Coordinate participant services from intake through successful employment. Support each participant's employment goals outlined in their Person-Centered Plan. Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, employers, the Regional Center of Orange County, and community partners. Advocate for services that promote employment success and quality of life. Complete case notes, annual reports, vocational rehabilitation reports, and other required documentation accurately and on time. Maintain organized, compliant participant case files. Coordinate participant meetings, schedules, and employment services. Monitor participant progress and service delivery. Train, support, and coordinate Supportive Employment Instructors. Monitor staffing schedules, service hours, and documentation. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, agency policies, and applicable regulations. Represent My Day Counts professionally in the community and at participant job sites. What We're Looking For Associate degree in Human Services, Behavioral Science, Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least one year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, individuals with disabilities, special needs populations, or other underserved communities. Experience in case management, supported employment, employment services, workforce development, or vocational rehabilitation preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and professional documentation. Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record. Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
