Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Independent Living Program Worker to provide support and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities Provide individualized support based on each person's needs and goals. Provide case management and coordinate services as needed. Develop flexible work schedules based on the needs of the individuals served. Assist individuals in developing independent living and daily living skills. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with individuals, families, and service providers. Advocate for individuals and promote independence, dignity, and choice. Qualifications Case management experience required. Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization, time management, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and adjust schedules to meet individual needs. Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
