Hearts of Integrity, Inc. is hiring a Job Developer/Employment Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining competitive integrated employment. This is a community-based role focused on job coaching, skill-building, and employer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide job coaching and employment support
• Assist with job placement and workplace skills
• Support communication with employers and coworkers
• Help individuals build independence and maintain employment

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and proof of insurance
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid resume showing qualifications aligned with program requirements
• Ability to pass background check (Live Scan)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the community Minimum Qualifications (one required):
• ACRE Certification, OR
• CESP Certification, OR
• Similar certification (must obtain within 12 months if not currently held)
