Responsibilities Conduct client interviews to assess individual needs, strengths, and goals related to employment, education, and family stability Develop personalized career plans and family support strategies aligned with clients' aspirations and circumstances Provide coaching on job search techniques, interview preparation, resume writing, and workplace skills using Microsoft Office tools Facilitate workshops on workforce development topics such as labor laws, addiction counseling basics, social services navigation, and disability accommodations Offer case management by coordinating services across social service agencies, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and community organizations Mentor clients through ongoing support, skill-building activities, and progress tracking to ensure sustained achievement Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, service plans, and outcomes while adhering to confidentiality standards Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of employment & labor law as it pertains to workplace rights and accommodations Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism to support their employment and community integration goals Background in addiction counseling, social work, or related fields with a focus on underserved populations Strong teaching and training skills with the ability to develop engaging workshops and training sessions Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and client communication Experience working with culturally diverse communities to deliver inclusive services that respect individual backgrounds Familiarity with workforce development programs and social services systems to facilitate resource connections Excellent interviewing, mentoring, coaching, writing skills, and case management abilities to foster client growth Ability to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds while demonstrating empathy and professionalism Join us in creating impactful pathways for individuals seeking personal advancement!
