This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping students move from classroom training into externship and employment. This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a student-focused, outcome-driven environment with supportive campus leadership, teamwork, and a clear mission. You will play a direct role in student success by developing employer partnerships, coordinating externships, coaching students, and helping graduates secure meaningful employment after program completion. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain qualified externship sites and employer relationships for assigned educational programs. Coordinate student externship placements, including site matching, interviews, onboarding, schedules, agreements, and documentation. Monitor students throughout externship to ensure attendance, performance, hours, evaluations, and required records are completed accurately and on time. Begin employment preparation before externship completion by reviewing resumes, coaching students, identifying job leads, and coordinating interviews. Maintain frequent follow-up with students, graduates, externship supervisors, and employers to support successful placement outcomes. Track all externship, placement, employer, agreement, inspection, and compliance documentation in an organized and timely manner. Compensation and Benefits $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
