Case Aide, MAP Community Solutions, Inc. $21.86 - $21.86 Hourly life insurance, sick time, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) United States, California, San Bernardino Apr 29, 2026 Description Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Aide to join our team at our new Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) located in San Bernardino, CA. MAP is an innovative program dedicated to engaging the community and providing rehabilitative programming for justice-involved individuals. We focus on promoting long-term, self-sustaining skills through vocational training and personal development services. This unique model hosts a variety of sub-contractors at one site to reduce barriers for clients. Position Overview Maintains accountability for clients' location at all times and has knowledge of and implements all Agency policies and procedures governing facility operations including: Client Supervision

Head Counts
Monitoring of clients location and visitors log
Emergency and other program required procedures.
Collects urine samples and completes related paperwork and breathalyzer testing as required by contract.
Collects intake data, develops and documents program plan goals with clients, monitors in the areas of treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals. Assists in client orientation as assigned. Makes recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action as required and monitors on an ongoing basis.
Coordinates discharges with referral agencies.
Supervises client work assignments and checks for satisfactory completion.
Adheres to program procedures and enforces rules, regulation and policies. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

This facility is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-8:00pm. Shifts will vary to support the needs of this location.Hourly Rate:

For over 50 years, CSI has been building upon its successful foundations and has been expanding its services to serve thousands of adults, youth, and families each year. CSI understands clients and staff have been impacted by trauma. CSI is becoming a trauma-informed organization by hiring individuals with existing experience in trauma-informed practices as well as supporting ongoing staff development with trauma-informed practices. This will include learning to recognize symptoms of trauma and how to respond, through training starting at orientation and throughout their career atCSI. CSI

Bachelor's Degree with three (3) years' experience in social services or similar field. Education may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis. Good written and interpersonal skills. Experience with Microsoft Office.Benefits:
Two (2) weeks' vacation accrued within the first year, bumped to three (3) weeks accrual after 1 year of service. Sick time (7 days accrual basis), floating holiday time (4 days/year).
