You'll provide training and on-site coaching, help clients build workplace skills, and work with employers, coworkers, and support teams to help each client succeed.
Schedule:
Wednesday-Saturday, typically 7:00-11:00 a.m., with additional hours and flexibility based on client needs. Perks and Benefits Work in the community 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions Paid vacation and sick time 12 paid holidays, plus a paid birthday holiday Employee discount program What You'll Do Review client case files and make regular, scheduled worksite visits to understand each person's goals and support needs. Help develop and carry out vocational training plans that build job skills and support workplace adjustment. Provide ongoing coaching to help clients meet job expectations, retain skills, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers. Adjust your support and schedule as client needs change, including occasional evenings or weekends. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least six months of experience working with or caring for adults with disabilities; professional or family caregiving experience qualifies Reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and auto insurance Current CPR and First Aid certification Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work both independently and with a team Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and priorities
