Job Description
To become a counseling intern in Poudre School District, please complete the Counseling Intern application. This application is for placements starting in spring 2027. To be considered for a counseling intern placement in one of our schools, you should: be entering your final semester/year of a counseling preparation program be able to pass a criminal background check, including submitting a complete set of fingerprints to the Colorado Department of Education/PSD be enrolled in a college/university that has a signed internship agreement with PSD (see below) Placements will be completed with the following criteria: availability of qualified staff/counselor(s) in requested areas willingness of schools/staff to take an intern outcome of internship interview between principal, counselor lead/supervisor, and prospective intern
