Job Description
Overview of Practicum This practicum offers advanced-year MSW and MA-level students the opportunity to build meaningful clinical experience in a specialized, neurodivergent-affirming OCD and anxiety treatment setting. Practicum students receive hands-on training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through participation in a young adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and outpatient services, while developing skills in evidence-based treatment, group facilitation, exposure coaching, treatment planning, and measurement-based care. This placement is designed to support students in growing their clinical confidence, deepening their understanding of OCD and anxiety treatment, and learning within a collaborative, supportive team environment. Schedule This practicum includes structured IOP hours, team meetings, consultation, supervision, and flexible time for outpatient work and administrative responsibilities. Monday 2:00 PM•3:00
