Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for: Assisting individuals in identifying their strengths, interests, and career goals. Providing hands-on support during job training and workplace integration. Coaching clients on workplace skills, self-advocacy, and effective communication. Collaborating with employers to ensure a supportive and inclusive work environment. Monitoring progress and providing feedback to help clients achieve their goals. Documenting and reporting on client progress as required. Required Skills and Qualifications We're looking for someone with: At least 1 year of experience in a related role or field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and employers. A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to coaching.
