Starting at $18.00 per hour We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Job Coach to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals in the community, providing support and coaching to help them achieve success in their employment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is flexible, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one job coaching and support to individuals at various workplace locations. Assist consumers in developing workplace skills and maintaining successful employment. Travel to multiple job sites and community locations throughout the greater Waterbury area. Communicate effectively with consumers, employers, and team members. Document progress and maintain accurate records. Adapt to changing schedules, work locations, and consumer needs. Qualifications Must be a true people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a valid Connecticut driver's license . Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to drive to various locations throughout the day. Must be dependable , organized , and punctual. Must be coachable , open to feedback, and willing to learn. Ability to work a flexible schedule , as consumer assignments, locations, and shifts frequently change. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in human services is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
