Job Description

Make an impact on students' futures. Post University is seeking a dynamic Manager of Career Coaching to lead career coaching initiatives for our diverse student and alumni population, primarily working adults advancing or changing careers. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a team of Career Coaches, drive student engagement, and deliver coaching, programming, and career-readiness initiatives that help students confidently achieve their goals.
Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 |
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (flexibility for evenings/weekends) in person at Post's main campus and downtown Waterbury location. What You'll Do Build, coach, and develop a team of Career Coaches and Peer Career Coaches. Deliver personalized career coaching (resume, interviews, job search, career transitions) Design and lead workshops, outreach campaigns, and career programs Partner with faculty and campus teams to embed career readiness into the student experience Drive engagement with career tools and track program outcomes. What You Bring Bachelor's degree 3+ years in career development, higher ed, HR, or related field Experience coaching or advising students or adult learners Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Passion for helping students build confidence and achieve career success Why Join Us?
