Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or an Associate's degree with relevant experience) Minimum of two years' experience working with at-risk individuals or families Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent data entry and record-keeping abilities Cultural sensitivity and trust-building capabilities Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S. Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience in case management or social services Bilingual abilities Knowledge of community resources and local programs
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field Prior experience in program support or community outreach
Other Requirements:
