As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, helping students build academic skills, confidence, and social-emotional strengths. You will provide daily mentoring, small-group tutoring, and classroom support, while collaborating closely with teachers and school staff. In this role, you'll track student progress, engage families, and contribute to a positive school climate.
