Duties Provide comprehensive academic advising and counseling to students, helping them select courses aligned with their goals and interests Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support student success, retention, and personal development Facilitate engaging public speaking sessions, workshops, and information sessions on topics such as education pathways, university resources, and career planning Utilize systems like PeopleSoft and Ellucian to manage student records, track progress, and analyze data for continuous improvement Assist with recruitment efforts by interviewing prospective students and mentoring new applicants through the admissions process Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop tailored educational plans and support services for diverse student populations Maintain clear communication channels across multiple platforms to ensure students are well-informed about available resources and opportunities Experience Proven experience in education administration or academic advising within a university or higher education setting Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently Familiarity with student information systems such as PeopleSoft or Ellucian for data management and analysis Demonstrated ability in interviewing, recruiting, mentoring, and working effectively with students from varied backgrounds Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey complex information Experience in individual or group counseling aimed at supporting student development and success Background in teaching or training roles that involve working closely with students or educational groups Join us as an Experience Advisor if you are passionate about guiding students through their educational journey with energy, clarity, and a commitment to excellence.
