Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required 4-year degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in the education field is highly preferred

Ability to advise and guide adult students in academic and life-skill matters
Adaptability:
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shift priorities quickly
Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with students and fellow staff effectively
