Smart Living Team Leader Location:

We're looking for a Smart Living Team Leader to lead teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and help bring innovative support solutions into the homes we serve.   • Take ownership of day-to-day operations and help your team navigate challenges as they arise What You'll Do As a Smart Living Team Leader, you'll oversee the daily operations of assigned homes while supporting both your team and the individuals we serve.
You'll:
Lead, coach, and support team members in assigned homes Coordinate day-to-day operations and help ensure appropriate staffing coverage Promote a technology-forward approach across HCBS services Partner with the Assistive Technology Coordinator to implement tools and solutions that support greater independence Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership on hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team development Build a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment Step in to provide direct support when needed Help maintain safe, high-quality, person-centered services Conduct investigations, document findings, and communicate with leadership as needed Ensure electronic documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time Support organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who balances compassion with accountability and isn't afraid to jump in when the team needs them. You'll be successful in this role if you: Enjoy leading, coaching, and developing others Have a passion for helping individuals live more independently Communicate clearly and professionally Are comfortable making decisions and solving problems Can adapt when priorities or staffing needs change Are organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities Are comfortable learning and using technology Value teamwork, safety, quality, and person-centered support Qualifications You'll need one of the following: Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field plus at least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities OR Option 2: High school diploma or GED plus at least 5 years of relevant experience You'll also need: At least 1 year of supervisory experience A valid driver's license Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required documentation Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting to 50 pounds and assisting individuals with daily living activities Ability to complete required pre-employment background checks and health screenings Benefits That Support You At One Vision, we know meaningful work should come with meaningful support.
