          TAP Facilitator, Transition Facilitator, WEC, Teachers, Para's, Principals, Counselors, Keystone AEA staff, Businesses, Parents, Students, Community Agencies
          Required Qualifications:
          • Two year or more degree in a profession that emphasizes services to individuals with disabilities or have commensurate experience within the above field.
          • Computer/Technology skills
          • Successful completion of or willingness to successfully complete training in Job Coaching areas
          • Successful completion of or willingness to successfully complete training in instructional support for students and businesses
          • Physical and emotional stamina to meet daily student care needs Desirable Qualifications
          • Flexibility
          • Experience working with youth and the business community
          Basic Function:
          The Para/Job Coach will work directly with students in businesses and community settings to learn & strengthen student's employment skills and will assist employers in providing the appropriate accommodations and supports for student independence. Assist youth in completing transition assessments to understand their skills and abilities in comparison to a career goal.
          Position Responsibilities:
          The Para/Job Coach hired must be able to:
          • Demonstrate professionalism in the workplace and in the community
          • Communicate clearly and appropriately with student, staff, businesses, and community
          • Work effectively and cooperatively with others
          • Follow directions of TAP Facilitator, building administrator(s), and Transition Facilitator
          • Willingness to have a flexible schedule to accommodate student work needs. This may include evenings and weekends.
          • Dress in a professional manner.
          • Exercise maturity and sound judgment in making decisions
          • Maintain accurate records
          • Assist TAP Facilitator in computer entry of data and the application of technology
          • Maintain effective discipline based on the policies and guidelines of the District
