Job Description
43 North Iowa, a 2025 Top Iowa Workplace is seeking a Full-time Individual Placement Support (IPS) to carry out the services of the IPS Supported Employment program by assisting clients to obtain and maintain employment with their vocational goals. This position will contact employers in the areas we serve to find potential job matches for the individuals we serve. This position will also have regular meetings with family members, mental health treatment team, and vocational rehabilitation counselors. This position reports to the IPS Lead. B.A. Degree in mental health, social services, or business preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience equivalent to a B.A. Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills are required along with the requirement to complete daily logs and work a flexible schedule. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record along with the ability to lift 40 lbs. on a regular basis. Starting wage depends on education and experience.
