Requirements:

High school diploma or GED; Current driver's license; First Aid and CPR certification is required to maintain employment in this position; Ability to communicate effectively in writing and conversation. Background check through

Department of Health and Welfare Duties:

Apply the methods and techniques described in each participant's program plan to attain their stated goals; Transport participants and/or assist in making transportation arrangements when needed; Develop methods and provide training of participants to perform specific job tasks; Assist the participants as necessary to meet the quality and quantity demands of the job; Provide any follow-up participants need regarding work behaviors or special problems by communicating with the employer and significant others; Instruct assigned participants as indicated in individual program plans; Function as mediator between employers and participants to resolve problems and secure job; Apply for more information.
