Job Duties :

Manage caseload of clients by: Conducting assessments Assist clients in developing treatment plans Document services in Electronic Health Record Refer client to necessary agency and community services Assist clients with accessing necessary public benefits Conduct home visits Coach clients and assist them in learning Daily Living Skills Coach clients and assist them to learn Recovery/Coping Skills Assist clients to accomplish their recovery goals Participation in after hours crisis coverage rotation Rotation to other CRC branches depending on agency need

Experience/Education:

Preferred:

Bachelors degree in a human service field (i.e. psychology/social work) or a Bachelors degree with two years related experience or Certified Recovery Support Specialist required
