Pay:

GED or Equivalent $18; Bachelors or CRSS $20 Person with lived experience in recovery from a mental illness or experience navigating the mental health system for a family member or loved one. Highschool equivalent with a Certified Recovery Support Specialist or the ability to become a Certified Recovery Support Specialist within one year of employment (training provided) Knowledge and training in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders/Diagnosis $1,000 Retention Bonus after 9 months of employment

Responsibilities:

(Training Provided) 40hr Mon-Fri day time job with afterhours, weekend and holiday on call crisis rotation. Participate on a Crisis team along side mental health professionals responding to person's experiencing mental health crisis in the community by: Participating on Crisis Line Calls Providing Brief Solution Focused Crisis Counseling Off-Site Mobile Crisis Response Follow up and referral Safety Planning Documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards Must be able to travel
