Experience:

Upstream or refining operations experiences COW SME

•experience with BP COW procedures Site Coaching and Mentoring experiences Experience with COW software with a preference for Permit Vision COW or other HSE program deployment and project management experience

Duties:

Support Coach Develop proficiency in site CoW procedures, application, and devices to support in-person coaching Complete training developed by Lead Coach Provide formal and informal coaching of users Provide in-field post go-live support and verification of site CoW activity Schedule Support Coaches Part time availability for training and proficiency development November 1-30, 2026. Full time coaching support January 4 + 2027 Duration expected 12 months, possibly 18 months
