Valid Indiana Driver's license. Will be trained to drive school-owned Activity Bus (no CDL required).

Details:

NACS is seeking a part time Job Coach to support vocational programming for students in our special education department. The position will support students on job sites in the community and school campus, teaching vital interpersonal skills while supporting the student in building skills that are transferable to a variety of employment settings. When not on job sites, the position will support students in the classroom with pre-vocational lessons and other related classwork. The Job Coach works under the supervision of a Special Education Teacher at Carroll High School.

Skills Required:

Comfort working with students of all abilities. Strong desire to support students in building skills and independence. Ability to create and follow a schedule under the supervision of the Special Education Teacher Ability to collaborate and communicate professionally with members of the school and community Ability to drive students between school/job sites using a school-owned vehicle (training will be provided) High School Diploma Questions?
