Person Centered Coach (PCC) Applied Behavioral Advancements, LLC Lexington, KY Job Details Part-time From $20 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Some college Applied behavior analysis High school diploma or GED Human Services Data collection Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Person Centered Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our Behavior Clinicians to support a participant to participate in meaningful routines, events, and activities without the use of challenging behaviors through the use of modeling, training, observing, and data collection. Essentially - you will help encourage people to live their best life by being a model of such behaviors. This position is full time, $20/hr. Duties PCCs shall work under the direction of a positive behavior support specialist or other licensed professional in the settings where the person-centered service plan is implemented; PCCs shall meet the personnel and training requirements of
ABA, LLC.
PCCs provide an individualized service to be utilized when a barrier challenges the success of a participant in achieving the participant's goals; PCCs monitor the effectiveness of person-centered planning as demonstrated by the support system's implementation of the person-centered service plan or designated components across the array of service settings and reporting of required and pertinent data; PCCs collect data that shall be utilized by the participant's person-centered team to modify the environment or person-centered service plan as needed Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills Patience and Compassion for those who experience the world through a unique lens. Person-Centered Coaching regulations require coaches to have a high school diploma or GED must have two years of experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities or 12 college hours in a human services field.
