(25 hours) Saturday 9a-1p, Sunday 9a-5p, Monday 12p-8p, Tuesday 3p-8p

What You'll Do:
Community Employment Specialists at BAMSI's Brockton Employment Services provide necessary support to enable individuals with developmental disabilities to acquire and maintain community based employment in business and industry. Support provided includes job development, providing one-to-one training to clients as well as ongoing supervision to ensure acquisition of job related skills and responsibilities and facilitating and developing positive relations between the consumer, the consumers coworkers and employer. What you'll do: Job Development Skills Training Job Coach Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for individuals' needs and model healthy coping strategies. Complete timely documentation.
What You Bring:
High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred. Experience providing services to individuals with disabilities Valid driver's license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
Bonus :
Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese). Saturday 9a-1p, Sunday 9a-5p, Monday 12p-8p, Tuesday 3p-8p 25
