$21.27/hour Schedule (30 Hours/Week)

Required Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License Must have maintained a valid driver's license for at least 6 months Must have an insured and reliable vehicle Must be willing and able to transport individuals served to appointments, work, community activities, and other program-related destinations Must pass a driver screening and background check What You'll Do Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting Help individuals build independence, confidence, and daily living skills Assist with community activities, appointments, shopping, and recreational outings Promote self-advocacy, choice, and community inclusion Maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment Work as part of a dedicated team focused on helping individuals achieve their goals Preferred Experience Experience in human services, healthcare, developmental disabilities, or a related field is preferred Candidates with experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, including those who are non-verbal and use alternative forms of communication, are strongly encouraged to apply Experience supporting individuals in high-intensity residential programs is highly preferred Applicants with experience helping non-verbal individuals build communication skills, independence, and meaningful community connections will be particularly successful in this role Why Join Vinfen?
