Vesta, Inc. is a financially stable, not-for-profit mental health company in Maryland, committed to providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare services. We're currently seeking a compassionate individual to join our team in the Severn Region's, Arnold, MD's Day Program (PRP) location. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating activities, facilitating rehabilitation groups, and providing case management for adult consumers attending our day program.
Position Details:
Full-Time:
Monday
•Friday, 7:30am
•3:30pm Valid driver's license required; daily use of 15-passenger van
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities and provide skills training Facilitate rehabilitation groups and individual meetings Use computer systems for documentation Drive 15-passenger vans daily for transportation needs
Qualifications:
Ability to drive a 15-passenger van and maintain a valid driver's license
•MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening! Experience using an eHR system for documentation Bachelor's or 3 years of experience in mental health field preferred Experience providing skills training in residential or day program settings

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range :
$20.56/hour
•$23.02/hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
Other Compensation:
Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training.
PTO:
employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked).
Holidays:
Full-Time employees receive 8 paid holidays per year, with overtime if required to work. Part-Time employees are eligible for overtime if required to work on holidays.
Retirement:
403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
Health Benefits:
Full and Part-Time Employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).
Company-Paid Benefits:
