This is a contractual position. The PRP Coordinator/Counselor advocates for clients and assists in their independence and integration within their community.

Job Expectations:

Provide a minimum of 3 visits per month for minors clients and 6 times per month for adult clients.. Complete client progress notes within a 24 to 48-hour timeframe according to the goals on the Individual Rehabilitation Plan. Ensure that the treatment plans are done in a timely manner. Provide collaboration with mental health therapist monthly. Work cooperatively with family and other involved professionals to coordinate services with other agencies and programs in the best interest of the client Must have valid driver's license and be fully insured. Must be able to work with clients in laurel, Baltimore city, Baltimore county and other cities.

Requirements:

Interested candidates should have a minimum of an A.A. Degree and/or 30 college credits in a health-related field or at least one year of relevant work experience. Candidate must be computer literate and demonstrate strong organization, time management and writing skills.
