What You'll Do:
Support and coach individuals in daily living skills, wellness, recovery, and independence Provide leadership, guidance, and support to direct care staff Help create a safe, supportive, and person-centered residential environment Promote self-advocacy, healthy coping skills, and community integration Assist with scheduling, team support, documentation, and program operations Make a meaningful difference every single day Why Join Ascentria? Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year of related experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to obtain and maintain MHRT-1 certification If you are compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others thrive, we would love to connect with you.
