Job DescriptionManages Career Trade InstructorsAnalyzes training procedureCounsels' groups and individuals relative to vocational objectivesDevelops Corrective Action PlanEnsures integration of vocational training with academicsConducts regular shop visitations/observationsWrites and Develops SOPs and Center Training PlanAttends Scheduled Meets with the Center Industry CouncilsActively participates as member of Youth CouncilMaintains required Statistical PerformanceReviews Center reports, reconciles as appropriate, and develops Corrective Action PlanMeets bi-monthly with vocational staff and ensures minutes from each meeting are accurateMeets jointly with academic and vocations to plan Applied AcademicsReview's attendance sheets for accuracy of documentationNotes any trends or patterns and establishes appropriate plan(s) of action/disciplineEnsures all custodians/locations complete 3 quarterly inventories per Property Handbook. Inventories completed as circumstances dictate, i.e. When custodian changes, etc.
Ensures any theft or other losses are reported within 3 business days. EducationBachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required. Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsTeaching License Preferred in the State in which the Center is located.
