As a Job Coach at Hope Network, you'll provide vocational support to individuals in both community-based and facility-based work settings. You will help participants develop workplace skills, build independence, and achieve employment success by collaborating with employers, families, guardians, and support teams. Every day, you'll play a key role in creating opportunities and supporting comebacks. What You'll Do Provide vocational coaching and support in community and facility-based employment settings Monitor work performance and make adjustments to tasks or environments to support success Encourage independence and foster natural supports within the workplace Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and host companies Support transportation and participation in community activities Assist with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed Collaborate with participants, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to motivate and support individuals in achieving employment goals Adaptable problem-solver with a person-centered approach Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to inclusion and independence

What You Bring Preferred:

3 to 5 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, preferably in a vocational setting

Required:
