Every student is paired with a dedicated Career Coach who helps them navigate obstacles, build confidence, achieve their goals, and step into a brighter future. What You'll Do As a Career Coach, you'll be more than a guide. You'll be a mentor, motivator, problem-solver, and champion for student success.
You will:
Build meaningful relationships with students and support them throughout their training journey. Help participants identify and achieve SMART career and life goals. Provide case management, barrier resolution, and employment support services. Connect individuals with community resources and opportunities that support long-term success. Facilitate engaging workshops on resumes, interviewing, professional communication, life skills, and career readiness. Celebrate milestones, encourage growth, and help students move confidently into rewarding careers. Every day is different. Every success story is meaningful. You bring:
A bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience supporting individuals facing barriers to employment. A passion for coaching, mentoring, and empowering others. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence working one-on-one and facilitating group workshops. Excellent computer and organizational skills. The ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, experiences, and ability levels. Initiative, accountability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Additional Details:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education or related field required. Prefer one-year experience in a human service setting providing direct and/or supportive services to individuals with disabilities and/or barriers to employment preferred. Some positions may require specialized experience, education, licensure, etc. Must be able to provide own transportation to various sites in the community to fulfill the obligations of this position.
