Job Title:

Clubhouse Facilitator/Generalist Duties:

• Engage in side-by-side work with recipients of Mental Health services
• Create and sustain an engaging work day, structured after the work day in a typical job environment.
• Facilitate the development of vocational skills and interpersonal skills
• Create a safe and supportive environment
• Work collaboratively with coworkers and members receiving services to sustain a full and productive work day.

• Empathy and compassion for individuals with a history of Severe Mental Illness
• Ability to find creative ways to engage others and create meaningful work

Required:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicant must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.

Preferred:

Individuals with experience with the Clubhouse Model of Psychosocial Rehabilitation are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior to applying, please make yourself familiar with the Clubhouse Model and the standards by which Clubhouse Programs must operate.
