About Us Prestige Case Management is dedicated to helping individuals and families access the resources, support, and services they need to improve their quality of life. We work closely with clients and community partners to provide compassionate guidance and care coordination. Internship Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Case Management Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students interested in social work, healthcare administration, human services, psychology, public health, or related fields who want hands-on experience in case management and client support. Responsibilities Assist with client intake and onboarding processes. Research community resources and support programs. Help maintain accurate client records and documentation. Conduct follow-up calls and communications with clients. Support care coordination and case management activities. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Assist with administrative tasks and special projects. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a college or university program. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Detail-oriented and willing to learn. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
