Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor's degree required; background in education, data analysis, research, or a related field preferred

Experience with student information systems and assessment platforms

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:

Cambridge-Isanti High School is looking for a Student Data and Assessment Advisor to turn information into action and help staff understand student performance, track growth, and make informed decisions about instruction, scheduling, and support. The ideal candidate has strong skills in spreadsheets, data visualization, and written communication, can translate complex data into clear, useful information, and is comfortable presenting to groups. They bring a collaborative style, build trusting relationships easily, and believe in continuous improvement - using data not simply to measure where we are, but to help determine where we go next. Specific Tasks:

Coordinate and support all state, local, and college and career readiness assessments, including testing schedules, administration procedures, accommodations, testing integrity, and communication with district and state assessment offices. Build, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports that track student readiness, attendance, credit completion, course performance, growth, interventions, and postsecondary indicators. Partner with administration, counseling, intervention staff, and instructional leaders to identify trends and readiness gaps, inform building goals, interventions, staffing and scheduling decisions, and connect students with appropriate supports. Translate data into clear, actionable information for staff and leadership, regularly evaluate and refine readiness measures, and provide training and support that builds staff confidence in using data as a tool for continuous improvement and student growth.
