What You'll Do As a Job Coach, you will support individuals with disabilities in their workplaces by helping them: Learn and perform job duties Build workplace skills and confidence Maintain successful employment Develop independence on the job Grow and succeed in their careers This role combines the responsibilities of a: Teacher Trainer Mentor Encourager You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life every day. 1.
Location:
Fergus Falls Position :
The Job Coach will provide on-site support for an individual working for a large retailer as an Online Shopping Attendant. This client collects the items that have been purchased online by customers. You will transport the individual both ways. Mileage reimbursement will be paid.
Hours :
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm. An occasional Saturday from 8am-noon. 2.
Location:
Fergus Falls Position:
The Job Coach will provide on-site support to an individual whose tasks are food prep, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning in a restaurant setting.
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am-12:00pm. 3.
Location:
Fergus Falls Position:
The Job Coach will provide on-site support to an individual whose tasks are cleaning duties for a large retailer. You will transport the individual both ways. Mileage reimbursement will be paid.
Hours:
Weekly rotation of hours.
Week one:
Tuesday from 8:00am-1:00pm.
Week Two:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 8:00am-1:00pm. 4.
Location:
Fergus Falls Position:
The Job Coach will provide on-site support to an individual whose tasks are pushing shopping carts for a large retailer.
Hours:
Monday through Friday. Shifts vary from 9:00am-3:00pm. No weekends.
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
