We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Alcohol and Drug Counselor - Temporary (ADC-T) to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. This position is for our men's residential residential facility in Fridley!

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments Provide case management and individual sessions Facilitate therapeutic group sessions Perform the 12 core counseling functions Utilize the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension model Maintain accurate, timely documentation Collaborate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings Documentation, ITP, TPR ✅

Qualifications:

Current MN LADC license or ADC-T temporary permit Ability to pass a DHS background study Experience with EMR (Procentive preferred) Basic computer skills Must be able to provide proof of 12 hours of co-occurring training at the time of hire, and maintain 8 hours annually
