In this position you will provide personalized guidance, mentorship, and support to help clients overcome barriers and develop the skills necessary for a successful employment experience. Duties Provide ongoing mentoring and support to clients, helping them develop essential job skills, social skills, and workplace behaviors. Monitor and ensure employer satisfaction and quality control through on-going communication with individual's supervisor. Maintain detailed documentation of coaching sessions, progress reports, and employment outcomes to track client development. May need to transport a client to and from work using a PAI vehicle. Experience Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is desirable. Strong communication skills are essential for providing feedback, and collaborating with team members.
