Cedar Valley Services is looking for a full-time job coach to work closely with our consumers. Responsibilities include vocational and personal training to adults with developmental disabilities and maintaining accurate daily records of individual attendance and production. This position requires above average communication and people skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and meet the physical demands of the job, which includes the ability to bend and lift up to 40 pounds. Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Background check required. Excellent benefit package.
