At ODC, we support individuals with disabilities in building meaningful life and work skills so they can participate fully in their communities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support, encouragement, and job coaching to help individuals achieve their personal goals. This position will work within the Day Services program in Warren and the Employment Services program in Thief River Falls. The split between the two programs will be approximately 50/50 but may fluctuate based on case load.
