Job Coach/Crew Supervisor Position:
Full-Time (30+ Hours per Week)
Schedule:
Day and Evening Hours, Including Every Other Saturday Starting Wage:

As a Job Coach/Crew Supervisor, you will support individuals in achieving success in community work settings through hands-on training, supervision, and encouragement. This role reports to the Community Employment Manager and requires flexibility to accommodate a variable work schedule.
Primary Duties will include:
Provide training, supervision, and support to individuals working in community employment settings. Assist individuals in developing job skills, increasing independence, and achieving success at work. Offer positive coaching, encouragement, and constructive feedback to promote job performance. Monitor work quality and ensure tasks are completed according to employer expectations. Communicate effectively with individuals, employers, coworkers, and agency staff. Maintain accurate documentation, including coaching notes, timesheets, and progress reports. Promote a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures. Build and maintain positive working relationships with community employers. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective when supporting individuals in services. Organized, dependable, and able to multi‑task and prioritize effectively. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
