Required:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Experience in academic advising, student services, or related higher education roles. Demonstrated ability to build relationships within an educational setting and to plan, organize, and implement student support programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

Two years of direct academic advising or success coaching experience.

TIMELINE

Position is open until filled. Applications will be reviewed beginning May 4, 2026. This is a grant-funded position scheduled to end June 2029. Continued employment is contingent upon grant funding.
