Job Description
Fountain Behavioral Services is a locally owned behavioral health agency in Minot. We provide ABA and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families — and we're the only provider in Minot serving military families through TRICARE. We're a small team that builds our systems around clinical quality. What you'll do As our Behavioral Rehabilitation Support Specialist, you'll work directly with clients and families to build skills that hold up outside the clinic — emotional regulation, coping strategies, daily living and community functioning, and family stability. Provide individual and family-based behavioral rehabilitation support in clinic, home, and community settings Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation Coordinate with BCBAs, cast managers, schools, and outside providers on shared cases Connect families to community resources and help them navigate systems Participate in team meetings and case reviews Keep documentation timely and compliant with ND Medicaid and payer requirements What we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Experience with children, adolescents, or families preferred Comfortable working across clinic, home, and community settings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to pass a background check Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, trauma-informed care — but not required.
