Mon Aug 31 2026 The Resource Center Student Support Navigator supports student success by connecting students to campus and community resources that address basic needs and barriers to persistence. Under the guidance of the Resource Center Operations & Program Coordinator, the Navigator provides outreach, resource navigation, and case management support to promote student well-being, engagement, and academic success.

Essential Duties:

Student Support & Case Management Provide individualized support, referrals, and follow-up for students facing basic needs and other barriers to success. Connect students with campus and community resources, including food, housing, healthcare, transportation, and financial assistance. Utilize a student-centered case management approach to assess needs, develop action plans, and monitor student progress. Maintain accurate and confidential records of student services and outcomes. Student Engagement & Outreach Facilitate outreach initiatives focused on basic needs, wellness, resource awareness, and student success. Foster a welcoming and inclusive Resource Center environment that encourages student engagement and help-seeking. Promote awareness and utilization of Resource Center services through targeted outreach efforts. Collaborate with Counseling Services and campus partners to support student well-being, retention, and persistence.

Job Requirements:

Associate's degree in a related field. 1-2 years of experience in student services, social services, case management, or community outreach. Knowledge of community resources and basic needs support services. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse student populations. Commitment to student success, equity, and inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
